The transition from kindergarten to elementary school is an exciting change in a child's life. In most cases, the anticipation of finally being a schoolchild and being able to learn outweighs the excitement - but this stage of life also brings with it new challenges. However, these challenges not only have to be overcome by the child themselves, but also by their parents. They too have to develop from kindergarten parents to parents of a schoolchild and find their way in their new role.
