Despite the similarity of globalization factors for all the Third World nation states in 1990's, the significance of this book stems from some emanating economic opportunities in Central Asia after the collapse of USSR. Aroused regional and international economic aspirations have created a geo-strategic and economic impact on Pakistan- Balochistan.
