Just then, a knock was heard; her aunty came and cried, "Your uncle hasn't come back yet." 'Wild Kombireis' is about the clashes between two groups of people, namely --the Dons of the Wild and the Tigers of the Wild-in a place called Kaangleipaak where people panick as the enmity between these groups disrupts the peaceful and the tranquil normal lives in the valley. Sepha has seen this disturbance along with others which mars her beautiful childhood with ugly scenes of violence and tortures. In this bizarre situation, she loses her love, Nongpok and also her dignity as a woman- which is a kind of punishment for loving the wild and its heritage.
