Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is accepted as an effective business development tool but there is small focus on the evaluation of such a system. ERP post-implementation evaluation is not clearly examined in the existing literature in an organisational setting. In my research I applied a single case study to demonstrate my findings by using a real life company example with personal experience. This study examines whether organisations should evaluate the implemented system and why.
