With the accelerated development of the market and its demands there was the need for organizations to delve into parameters that keep the company focused on profit, production and especially the quality in their products. This book aims to analyze the painting process of a sector of the company Marel S/A, in order to raise information about the occurrence of rework, and propose improvements with the MASP quality tool. Some subjects approached as quality, quality management, performance indicators, MASP, PDCA, Pareto Graph, 5W2H among others enriched the theoretical foundation. The MASP methodology was used in more depth, together with its quality tools and graphics used to highlight results, standardizing and verifying the activities so that nonconformities do not occur again. This provides quality in a totally automated company, allied to effective quality control.
